SFMOMA is apparently curious to know why I say Hawk should sue them. They checked out my blog yesterday. That's good for them because over the next few days, I will explain why Hawk might be successful if he were to bring a suit for defamation. I'm not a lawyer and my posts are not legal advice. They will simply be my analysis of a defamation claim on the facts of the Hawk scandal.
